Liberty Township Lands 2013 Housing showcase – June 15th – Pulse Journal

The Carriage Hill development in Liberty Township will host Homearama 2013, the Hamilton JournalNews reported.

Dan Dressman, executive director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati said the development was picked for several reasons. Located on 400 acres along Ohio 747, the site has received a lot of interest from home builders.

Carriage Hill features a landscape of lakes, streams and woodlands. Randy Terry, co-manager of the property, applied for Homearama last year, which was awarded to the Glenview Farm estate in Foxborough in West Chester Township.

A total of 13 lots will be available for development and Terry anticipates eight to 12 homes will be featured next year.
